With a grand opening ceremony on June 19th, Renaissance Development Russia implemented its sixth real estate project in St. Petersburg, the Renaissance Pravda Class A business center with a capital investment of 77 million dollars.
The Renaissance Pravda is located in the heart of St. Petersburg, on Khersonskaya Street, just a short walk from the Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskogo metro station. The building area is 30,000 sq m. The leasable area amounts to 20,000 sq m. The facility provides office space to nearly 3,000 people. The business center received the LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
A distinctive feature of the project is its unique architecture; a new modern façade is a harmonious continuation of the neighbouring historical one. The interior reflects the classical atmosphere of St. Petersburg; some balconies and street lights are placed in an impressive four-storey atrium. The atrium provides an elegant business space for maximum comfort and high performance of employees.
The Renaissance Pravda is designed to offer comfort and flexibility to its tenants, enabling them to plan their office space in accordance with their wishes and requirements.
